3-4 dairy &(tuna)some fish
no meat
6-8 glasses of water
weekly:
2-4 (sweets, junks foods and fatty foods)
ex. peanut butter, cheese cake, potato chips!
exercise:
sweatin’ to the oldies workout video everyday
5 day a week weightlifting and conditioning class
3 day a week personal fitness class
& a stability ball workout 5-7 days a week
