Surf Casting Rods

Surf Fishing Locations In or Around Falmouth and Surrounding Cape Cod Locations?
My family and I will be taking a trip to Falmouth, Cape Cod for a week and will be staying along the beach. We have some surf-casting rods, but unfortunately last year we were not able to catch anything. I was hoping that some of you surf-casters who have had luck fishing the beaches of Cape Cod, especially in or around Falmouth, would be willing to share some tips on where to fish and with what type(s) of rigs/baits. Also, information on the types of fish usually caught and whether the sizes usually recorded are big enough to make the fish keeper-size? Thanks in advance for your help!
Fish eat everyday the smaller fish that live in the same waters. Use smaller live fish for bait and wait patiently and you will catch more pounds of fish than those who use all other gimmick ways to fool a fish. I would use a size 4 or bigger circle hook, hook bait just before tail and allow bait to swim freely maybe with a carolina type rig
