I’m wanting to buy broken reels and poles!?
Does anyone know where I can buy broken fishing rods (returns) and reels. I can repair most rods, I live on a lake and fish community. I was told I could buy these, but I don’t want to buy a truck or pallet load…yet, maybe later. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
This is what you need to do. Go to every place that is not chain store operated that sells rods, reels and fishing tackle. These are the places that people to for the replacement of their broken rods and reels. These places will have a thumb tack bulletin board that will allow you to put a card or advertisement that will have the services you provide and your phone number listed.And a cheap ad in the classifieds of your local news paper would be another way to go also. This should be enough to get you going, and once things get off the ground, word of mouth will help you out tremendously. Good luck!
